Easily the best diaries out there. I had given up journaling after I had tried to do it in a notebook. To get over this tendency, I had started looking for guided journals and by far this is the best.It's minimal in it's layout where the prompts do not feel like a task in itself.I am able to clarify a lot of things in my mind with this journal.Weekly gratitude prompts and activities are icing on the cake.I highly recommend this for everyone!
This journal is curated to perfection. Daily 5 mins of self-care and self-awareness. I love the activities that allow me to relax and gain screen free dopamine, much needed break from internet over stimulation. I would say buy it to experience this zen. Perfect 10/10. 🖤
